Coaching Plans from Lead Well®

You can take advantage of the

three basic levels of involvement:


1. FastFocus
Event Coaching
Intense, focused coaching support for a particular event or need, or to help resolve a specific challenge.

Term of Assignment: Intense, short-term involvement that, depending on the situation, may last a few days to several weeks. The usual configuration is one to two weekly sessions for one to two months.

Method: In-person and telephone interviews; other data-gathering as indicated, followed by analysis and assistance with implementing action plans.

Typical Results:

1) Successful resolution of the issue that prompted the interest in coaching

2) A lasting foundation for better future performance

2. SkillBuilder
Growth Coaching
Coaching support to help you to acquire or improve specific skills.

Term of Assignment: Typically 12 sessions (over 15 months):
  • 6 biweekly sessions (1 every 2 weeks for 12 weeks); followed by

  • 3 monthly sessions followed by

  • 3 quarterly sessions

Method:
  • Validated instruments to gauge your personal strengths
  • Customized 360-degree feedback surveys and/or interviews with your key constituents
  • Interpretation of assessments with a focus on the implications for your development
  • Personalized development planning support
  • Executive tools
  • Methods advisories
  • Personal reflections
  • Time journals
  • Face-to-face or electronic meetings supplemented by
  • Ongoing coaching support via phone and email throughout the coaching engagement

Typical Results:
1) Competency in the targeted skill

2) Increased capacity for learning

3) Better business results


3. FullPotential Development
Coaching support to help you fulfill your potential. Or your team's.

This longer-term program is designed to help capable high-achievers accomplish more with greater ease and increased personal satisfaction.

Term of Assignment: Typically 18 sessions over a span of about three years:
  • 6 biweekly sessions (one every two weeks for 12 weeks); followed by

  • 3 monthly sessions followed by

  • 3 quarterly sessions followed by

  • 6 follow-up and refresher sessions, one about every four months

Method:
  • Validated instruments to gauge your personal strengths
  • Customized 360-degree feedback surveys and/or interviews with your key constituents
  • Interpretation of assessments with a focus on the implications for your development
  • Personalized development planning support
